Deliveries, Return & Refund Policy 

 

Deliveries will take between 7-14 days but vary in price according to your location. You will receive your tracking details via email once your order has been shipped.

 UK and European orders are sent via Tracked and Signed Royal Mail, whilst other order will be sent via Standard shipping DHL.

 Collection is available from our studio in CR4 1XT. If you are getting a custom unit made with us, please use the ‘Hermain Custom Unit’ shipping option.

 Custom made items 

All custom made items  will require an additional 2-4 weeks on top of the stated delivery time (subject to availability). Custom made items are hand tied knot by knot onto your required lace system.

Custom made items include any items in our: HD range, Transparent lace range, XL closures. 

Other items that may require additional time are any items from the Blonde Collection

Some items maybe readily available and will there for not be subjected to  the additional wait time.

Returns & Exchanges
There are NO returns, refunds or exchanges on custom made items as these items are made specifically for each customer in our factory and not created in bulk.
Please note that our items are non-refundable. You have 7 working days to exchange an item from the date you received it if you are unsatisfied. 
All orders must be returned unopened in the original packaging. Please note, if your item has been opened, we will be unable to exchange it due to hygiene reasons.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unopened, unused and in the same condition that you received it. 
Please also note, shipping costs are non -refundable.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
